Donate & Help orphans and elderly people!
I didn’t realize the extent of the situation of elderly people and orphans until I sat writing this article. Yes, I knew that the condition is bad, but how much.. I was shook!
When we think of orphanages and old age homes, we think that theses are places where people are taken care of. Where orphans and elders are given care, shelter and food.
During the research for this article, I had tears in my eyes.
These institutions are responsible for providing support for people who can’t support themselves. However, the reality is that these institutions are barely able to raise enough money to do so!! Many orphans and elderly people are neglected in these houses because of lack of funding.
There is a old age home in Hyderabad that is facing dearth of essentials like medicine and food!

How can you help?
You as one person can not change everything, but you can help to change the life of some.
- Join an NGO near you and help them to reach these help and help them. take up activities and drives to help them in any way!
- I know that it is not possible to everyone to go on field and help. However, what you can do is, Donate! Find a registered/verified NGO to donate to. If you cannot donate them directly, help them to raise funds.
- Donation is not always about money! You can also help by donating old books, old clothes, food and medicine.
- If even that is not possible for you, then help spread the word to the people who can Even that is such a huge contribution. Help to raise awareness about the condition.
